We are pleased to ship anywhere in Canada and the Continental United States. Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours after it is placed. If for any reason your order must be delayed, we will inform you using the email address you have provided us.
Flat Rate Shipping
Learningtoys.ca offers you an economical FLAT RATE of shipping, regardless of the size of your order. Certain products that are either oversized or heavier than usual do not qualify for this special rate. These items are indicated in the product description. Please see Special Shipping Rates for more information.
We ship via Canada Post and United States Parcel Service (USPS).

Additional Charges
All LearningToys.ca shipping rates are based on average package size. On very large or heavy packages - in particular those going to a Canadian Remote Area - additional shipping charges may apply. You will be notified and asked to approve any such charges before your order is processed. If the additional shipping charge is not approved your order will be cancelled.
Shipping Timelines
Once in the hands of Canada Post your package will be delivered within the timelines stated in the chart below. As soon as your package has shipped you will receive by email a tracking number. We will also be tracking your package every step of the way.

Special Shipping Rates
Oversized Items
Oversized or very heavy items will have an additional amount added to your Flat Rate Shipping Fee. Please use our Shipping Rate calculator located on the 'My Basket' page to determine rates for indiviual products.
Drop Shipped Items
Items shipped directly to you by one of our manufacturers may not qualify for our special Flat Rate shipping fee. If you place an order for one of these items there may be an extra shipping charge added to your order. This amount will vary, depending on the product and the manufacturer. Please use our Shipping Fee Estimator in your Shopping Basket to determine the Drop Ship Rate for any item you are considering.
If you are ordering other items at the same time, the extra shipping charge will be added to the flat rate shipping charge applicable to your order and the other items will be shipped separately.
Drop Shipped items cannot be shipped Express or giftwrapped and may take longer to arrive. LearningToys.ca cannot guarantee delivery dates for drop shipped items.
Note: Returning a drop shipped item, depending on the size and weight of the product, may require the using of a shipping company other than Canada Post. As with all LearningToy purchases, unless the product is defective, return shipping will be your responsibility.
