Learningtoys.ca is happy to ship anywhere in Canada. Your order will be shipped as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours after it is placed. If for any reason your order must be delayed, we will inform you using the email address you have provided.
Economical Shipping
Learningtoys.ca offers you an economical FLAT RATE of shipping, regardless of the size of your order. Certain products that are either oversized or heavier than usual do not qualify for this special rate. These items are clearly indicated in the product description. Please see Special Shipping Rates for more information. All orders are shipped via Canada Post except for Drop Shipped orders.

Shipping Timelines
Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. Once in the hands of Canada Post your package will be delivered within the timelines stated in the chart below. As soon as your package has shipped you will receive by email a tracking number. We will also be tracking your package every step of the way.

Special Shipping Rates
Large and Heavy packages
Oversized or very heavy items that incur extra expense in shipping, in particular orders shipping to Canadian Remote Areas, may have an additional handling charge added. Wherever possible, this charge will appear along with the price in the product description. Where this is not possible, you will be provided with a shipping quote to your address before we process your order. If the additional shipping charge is not approved, your order will be cancelled.
Drop Shipped Items
Items shipped directly to you by one of our manufacturers may not qualify for our special Flat Rate shipping fee. If you place an order for one of these items there may be an extra shipping charge added to your order. This amount will vary, depending on the product and the manufacturer. These items are clearly indicated. You will be notified and asked to approve any such charges before your order is processed. If the additional shipping charge is not approved your order will be cancelled.
If you are ordering other items at the same time, the extra shipping charge will be added to the flat rate shipping charge applicable to your order and the other items will be shipped separately.
Drop Shipped items cannot be shipped Express or gift wrapped and may take up to a week longer to arrive. LearningToys.ca cannot guarantee delivery dates for drop shipped items but we will do our best to advise you when you can expect your order to arrive..
Note: Returning a drop shipped item, depending on the size and weight of the product, may require the using of a shipping company other than Canada Post. As with all LearningToys.ca purchases, unless the product is defective, return shipping will be your responsibility.
