Purchasing for Schools & Organizations

LearningToys welcomes orders from schools, school boards, libraries and other organizations that work with children. This includes nursery schools, preschools and daycares. Many of our products are in good use in classrooms and other programmes across the country.

We offer payment by:

  • PayPal
  • Credit Card
  • Pre-approved Purchase Orders

An invoice will be provided for your records with all payment methods.

To place an order using PayPal or Credit Card, simply browse the site and place your order as usual.

Purchase Orders

Purchase Orders are reserved for qualified accounts who have been pre-approved by LearningToys. To place your order online using a Purchase Order:

  • Browse the site as usual, select your products and proceed to Checkout
  • Select Register and create an account for your organization
  • Select Purchase Order as your Method of Payment
  • Enter your Purchase Order Number
  • Submit your order

Once your order has been submitted, we will contact you to discuss delivery and payment terms. We may also request a signed copy of your Purchase Order to be emailed or faxed to us at that time. Shipping costs will be added to all orders that are not pre-paid.
