Plan Toys: Earth-friendly and Safe wooden toys
- All Plan Toys are made from plantation rubber wood recovered from rubber trees after they no longer generate latex and are due for burning.
- Plan Toys wood is processed and kiln-dried in a chemical-free environment using no wood preservatives whatsoever.
- The paint used to varnish Plan Toys is a non-toxic water-based paint which has been scientifically tested by independent accredited laboratories and found to be safe for children and non-polluting in natural water sources.
- PlanToys are joined using natural latex glue.
- When plywood is occasionally used in the production, special care is taken to ascertain that the plywood complies with E1 standards, thus ensuring emissions of urea formaldehyde at levels below those acceptable to the World Health Organization (WHO).
- Plan Toys uses only eco-friendly packaging that co ntaons no PVC. All packaging uses soy and water based inks and can be fully recycled.
